The Smallest Habit with the Biggest Impact
A Curious Fact: Why Do We Say “Grace”?
A Treat to Sweeten Your Gratitude
To practice this “habit of sweetness,” I’m sharing my favorite 5-Minute No-Bake Cookie Recipe. It’s perfect for those days when you need a quick pick-me-up or a little gift to share with your family:
Ingredients:
-
1 cup rolled oats
-
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
-
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
-
A pinch of sea salt
-
Optional: A handful of chocolate chips
Instructions:
-
Mix: In a medium bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, and salt. Stir until it forms a thick, sticky dough.
-
Fold: Gently fold in the chocolate chips if you’re using them.
-
Shape: Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls with your hands.
-
Chill: Place them on a plate lined with parchment paper and put them in the fridge for 5 minutes to set.
-
Enjoy: Serve chilled and enjoy your quick moment of gratitude!
